Drink lot of liquids and exercise a little each day.
Guidelines:
Do some kind of exercise, at least 15 minutes a day. And don't forget to drink! Often times we are really thirsty and not hungry.

Enjoy NOT being hungry!
Guidelines:
This will happen so don't push yourself to eat! Eat only when you are hungry! And if you are not, don't sweat it! Your body will tell you when to eat, just listen and it DOESN'T have to be a breakfast/lunch/dinner type thing.
