Ok guys it's mid week! Are you on the right track or do you need to step it up so you are ready to step on the scale?

Step it up! I only have to run 1.5 miles fast today, so I'm going to do my pilates tape as well. Burn the calories while I have the time! WooHoo!

I think I'm doing good, everything is going really well, I just hope I can find the strength in myself that i know is SOMEWHERE in there to finish. >:E roar.
