What are you guys gonna do to lose those pesky pounds? I wanna know what kinda work outs you guys are gonna do, even if it's like, walking around. Tell me! I'm nosy! Oooh, try to include your diet plan if you can~

Hi all - My goal is to lose roughy 12 lbs on this challenge. That will put me below my stated goal but I'm going for a little "wiggle room" as I try to readjust my body's set point to 130. As far as working out goes - I've decided to get my money's worth out of my club and go at least 6 days a week. I take between 7 and 9 classes (power yoga, pilates, kickboxing, weight training, body sculpting, zumba) every week and on off days I run 3-5 miles on the elliptical machine and/or do Jillian's Shred DVD. I'm doing South Beach Phase 2 pretty religiously but have been plateau'ed now for 3 weeks (ughhhhh!). I know I'll start losing again soon - the dreaded last 10 pounds - what a bear...

I would like to be at my goal weight (130) by June 1, so I'm looking to lose 14 lbs in this challenge. I'm still figuring out what will work for me, but for now I'm just staying below 1600 calories per day, running 3 days/week and cross training 2 days/week. That may change a bit after my 5K on April 25, we'll see. I'll probably do more walking, but longer distances. This is very difficult since I've been this weight for a long time!
