It is a known and medically endorsed fact that a LCHF lifestyle catalyses a number of positive HEALTH transformations in people's lives.

What prompted me to post this topic this morning, is that for the first time in many years - I SLEPT WELL LAST NIGHT - NATURAL SLEEP!

I'm really thrilled, to say the least. I have been to a sleep lab before regarding my sleep problem - where it was accessed that I stopped breathing at a rate of 8 times a minute!

I am also noticing a great change in my skin complexion - I have a sort of orangy glow - and I love it! Smile

Yeah!

Please feel free to share what changes you are noticing.

That is great cinnamoneyes! I find life is so much more managable when I'm well rested. I have found that my face isn't as puffy in the mornings as much as it used to be when I was eating a lot of refined carbs and sodium. Needing a belt now so I can wear my jeans is also a plus!

Since reducing carbs quite some time ago, my eye sight has improved so much I don't wear contact lenses any longer. Weird. But true!!

LowCarbFemme, that can happen, actually, if you're a bit short-sighted, and as we get older, people tend to get more long-sighted. For awhile, it improves the eyes!

Ah OK, great. I am actually short sighted, didn't realize it changes as one gets older. Ta!
