Had some difficulty logging food this week as I ate out twice and wasn't sure about what I was logging. But I did stay as true as I could. Increased water consumption this week also.

getting better with this carb diet
I am lowering my carbs, from around 40 to 20 slowly, Now i am getting better and I also am doing the intermediate fasting. Its all going good. I do not feel hungry . Also am doing the cardio challenge ...

How low on carbs.
I think, from what I've read, that you should also take notice of the amount of protein you take, as it raises insulin as well

Drinking water?
I thought I was drinking plenty of fluids, but really, no. It has not been easy to fill a big pitcher of water for the frig and drink it up every day, but I'm working on it until it becomes a habit. ...
