So I am trying to mimic what I did back in Nov 2010 when I lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Except I'm not being near as consistent as I was then. I have this last 15 lbs I want to lose and the last 30 has taken a lot longer than 3 months. I have a great week, then an OK week. I lost focus during the holidays (unlike last time I lost right through them). I just want to reach my goal already!! I've been setting some short term goals, like having a perfect week, which have gone well. I just need to last longer than a week or two. So my new goal is a perfect TWO weeks
and then a follow up goal of a perfect (or near perfect) April. I feel like if I can stick with it for the next 6 weeks, and can really be to my goal. So here we go!
