I used Fat Secret late 2011/early 2012 to lose 35 pounds (I started at 175. Original goal was 125. I made it to 140)... I stopped after 35 because I thought if I continue eating relatively well the rest of the 15 lbs would slowly go away. I didn't think I needed to strictly track my food/exercise anymore.
Well that didn't work
I've been at about 140 (give or take a few lbs) for the last year and I'm ready to get rid of the last 15 lbs. 140 may not sound heavy, but I'm only 5'1" with a very small frame so I'm definitely carrying a little more than I should be.
I hope this challenge will help me with the last 15.
