Hey guys! So, tell un more about what you eat. What kind of diet are you following?

I follow a plant-based diet for the most part. I'm a huge fan of the Brandon Brazier approach and I consume a lot of his products (Vega). My food is the least refine as possible. Whole foods are just the way to go. I eat mostly organic. I usually have a smoothie for breakfast and I make sure that I eat one salad a day... that's pretty much my way to do things...

What about you?

I follow a very simple diet, which is similar to a diabetic diet and from what I've, seen, weight watchers. It is based on portion sizes of any food. It is easy to follow, and was easy to stick to. Took me from 208 lbs down to 125. As of late, I'm trying to introduce new foods & methods, such as protein drinks, carb cycling, and such. The only reason for this is to try to put healthier food into my diet, not just calories.

Just calorie counting, but once you know how many calories are in certain foods it means i wont even waste my time with some of them, I avoid pastas and breads for the most part, because they take up so many calories and so little space, and the same goes for anything sweet, it is just not worth wasting a meal full of calories on. I focus mainly on lean meats and veggies with a little full flavored cheese and thrown in here and there and fruit when i get a sweet tooth.

Carb cycling is really good for those known events such as Easter dinners, knowing your going out on a Saturday night, etc.and for weight training. Taking in higher portions of carbs on the days you may tend to eat more (eg Easter Dinner) to no carbs in following days. This is a good link. Hope it works!
