I am so excited to be a part of this challenge. I am doing good with my water. I just need to start exercising again. I have been under high stress being a caregiver & trying to work at the same time. I tend to make bad food choices at times. So keeping it simple sounds great Smile I wish all of you great successfull weight loss! Wink
I will take it one day at a time and never give up. I will succeed in Jesus name.

I am a stress eater too. I've reviewed my diet calendar and my diet, since I started the challenge, is made up of more than 50% fat. I'm glad I've started recording all my food again. This gives me the big picture of my food intake. When I see that more of my food intake is fat, I try to picture what a negative effect this has on my heart and liver. So I'm trying to eat more raw veggies. It's not as satisfying as a handful of Vinegar and Salt Chips, but I also don't want to have a major coronary. I've also started exercising again. It was difficult getting started, but I just keep trying to remember that I want to wear capri's this summer.

Thank you for the support bellabear! I was not on the sight for 3 days. I gave up. I am back and will try again. I figure eventually I will get it right. Take care.
