Week 3

Keep your fat intake at less than 25%

Guidelines:
This is the tough week. HINT: a serving Frosted Mini-Wheats with low fat soy milk or non-fat dairy milk is a great way to lower your daily fat intake if you've gone a bit over and the calories are reasonable. The fiber will also help greatly with the down side of low fat diets (irregularity). Remember to drink lots of water this week!!!
