Keep up the great work, you're in the final stretch! This last challenge is really tough. It's very important to get lots of fiber, fruit and water to combat the irregularity that can be a side effect of this low fat of a diet.

Hi everyone. Does anyone know what a good range of percentages would be for carbs and protein as well??

Step down from 36% fat? I didn't know what mine was!
I have an auto-immune disorder that really doesn't like it when I go over 30-32% fat so I always try to keep it in that range or lower. If I go higher, I pay for it... but used to go over 32% once ...
