Guidelines:
Don't drink it all at once because your body will just flush it out. Spread it throughout the day and that should give your body enough to benefit from it.

Choose any cardio exercise that will get your heart pumping. It can be walking around in the park, riding a bike, dancing, you decide, but just make sure you do it. No cheating! Make every minute count.

Drink only see-thru beverages.

Guidelines:
Drink any beverages that if in a glass cup you can see the rest of the room through it. This does not include any sodas or liquor.
