Portion control and eat healthy

Guidelines:
Prefer natural food (fruits and veggies) and limit your daily calorie intake to between 10-15 times your target weight. My target weight is 108lb so I should aim for 1080 to 1620 calories depending on how much activity I have planned for the day. Track it.

I have been doing better than I thought I would! The weight is not moving as quick, because I am still having trouble cutting my calories back as much as I need to, but down 5lbs since Thanksgiving.
