Increase the Impact - Eat Cleaner

Guidelines:
Now that we have limited sugar and eliminated our major self-sabotage, we all should be much more aware of what we are eating. For the last four weeks let's do even better. Cut out ALL added sugar and wasted calories. Think twice about anything "off the perimeter" of your grocery store
