I don't know about you guys, but I seem to always watch the clock when I workout, counting the minutes til I can quit and flop down, resuming my laziness. Day 1 and 2 were no different. My sister is visiting so blasting loud music isn't an option until she leaves (triggers her migranes). Day 3, we were outside and she watched the clock and I enjoyed the sunshine and that was a much better session! My husband started 10 minutes after I did so I continued on for a total of 40 minutes and felt great!
What do you do to pass the time? Listen to music? Watch a movie? Set a timer and look away? Ideally, I'd take some groovy music, head out to a meadow and hoop away in the sunshine
I'll have to settle for my cramped backyard for now.
