Guidelines:
Take 5 minutes and jump rope the fist day.See if you can criss cross or jump backwards, like when you were a kid. Increase jumping time daily if possible. Remember to stay hydrated and eating a banana a day can help with leg cramps.

Try to increase you time to 10 minutes and jump rope daily. And increase your daily water intake to 100oz per day.

Count your jumps per minute and try to increase your speed.

Guidelines:
Count how many jumps you are getting in per minute and see if you can increase it by 5-10 the next day. Have you been able to jump longer? See if you can increase your jumping time by 5 minutes. And drink extra water!

it seems like the best choice as far as recording your exercise is to choose the heavy cardio and set it to how long you exercise for.
