Guidelines
Give your body time from now on to digest your food. No more late night eating! If you are within 2 hours of going to bed, try your hardest to stay away from that food. You'll be glad you did.

Guidelines
Drink at least 64oz of water a day. If you have more salty foods one day, increase your water by 8-16oz.

Guidelines
Get moving.. go for a walk, a run, a bike ride.. anything. You don't have to feel like you're dying doing it (some people have restricitions) but try to walk at a slow pace for at least 30 mins; 2-3 times a week.
