Losing weight has been a constant struggle for me for a very long time. My goal will be to lose at least 17 pounds in July. I cannot seem to make it below 200 pounds, so my main goal is get past that 200 lb mark!!!! I am determined to do this. Of course, my breakfast does not reflect that, but, you move ahead and the rest of the day will make up for breakfast!! My plan is to watch my carb intake and alternate days, practicing yoga ( I use the Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss by Suzanne Deason DVD) and a Power Walking (Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD) Best of luck to everyone!!
