not a great week
I know excuses don't help but my job is driving me crazy and I'm doing a lot of stress eating. I did manage to add fruits and veggies but also pizza and Chinese food.

how does this work?
Hi, what I've been doing is trying to keep my calories to about 1,500 (which would maintain a 150 pound person). That way, if I cheat and have more, I'm still WAY below 2100/2200 - which is what ...
