How is everyone doing so far? I can see that this isn't going to get any easier but let's push through. "DIG DEEPER!" If you haven't lost any weight or don't feel more energized yet don't let that stop you. You should be gaining muscle, which weighs more, and you still may be sore from starting such an "insane" workout. Let's get through this week and see what our fitness test results look like.
