I started off the first day with 15 min., the 2nd day with 20 min., and yesterday, I did 30 min.
I know I should have finished the video, but I just so tired.

"crack the fat loss code" is a really good book by Wendy Chant and it explains how to train the body to burn fat for fuel instead of carbs. The first week is very restrictive, but there after, it is basically carb cycling for fat loss - so you have low and high carb days to trick your body and break plateaus... Hope it helps, as I'm in dire need of losing the fat inches
