Man was I tired today, I only got about 70% of both videos today and I had to push so hard to reach that. It felt good though to get them out the way. I have really been slouching on my dieting lately supposed to be eating a healthy 2000 calories a day but as of late im reaching for things like pizza and taco bell
. I went and filled my cabinets with everything special K and bought some more protein today so hopefully that can help me cut calories with my cravings, I need to get back on track to drinking more water also. Best of luck to everyone getting ready to finish out there last week of month two also. COME ON Y'aLL, LETS GO!!!
