Trying to keep my journals in line with my actual workouts. Tonight I finished my first week. Im excited about next week though. I am losing weight eating better and just that quick I can feel my lungs getting better and Im becoming more flexible. I made it through the warm up, all the way through with out a hitch and did great through out most of the video. Way better than I performed on the same video on DAY 1.

week 1 is done 8 more weeks to go! I can feel a lot more toned over all I weigh myself everyday and have not lost almost any pounds but as the program progresses I know I'll get some results as I already feel my body is responding. can't tell you how much I am craving pizza and beer though.... that is the toughest
