Today was a light day, lots of stretching, felt good after the last few days. now to mentally prepare my self for tomorrow, pure cardio. That video sucks.

I think pure cardio is not as bad as those power resistance ones.... it's a bit shorter . I am just checkin-in, I've done my workout today, the squats were brutal. I hope everybody is doing their thing.. Personally check-in regularly helps me keep on track.

yeah its a bit shorter but no breaks is what kills me. I think I like the resistance videos because I always can track my self through the work out and pace knowing each set goes 3 reps with 30 sec in between rather than no breaks through whole workout. Checking in regularly helps me also I feel obligated to do my workouts so that I can report.
