Does anyone know of a good low calorie veggie dip. I typically dip celery in a little bit of peanut butter or sometimes ranch dip, but I would like to try something new. Any suggestions?

I made a fat free hoummous the other day - just a quick blending job.

Here's the recipe for a big batch that will keep in the fridge for several days. It contains 1/2 the calories of manufactured "low fat" houmous and tastes better.

Ingredients
480 g = 2 tins chickpeas (240g each drained weight)
50 g sieved tomatoes (from tin/pack or fresh)
4 tsps paprika
8 tbsps lemon juice
1 dash to taste: pepper, salt, chili, oregano, thyme
100 g add water to desired consistency
3 tsps crushed garlic
Directions
Use a blender or blender stick to cream together all ingredients except spices and water.
Gradually add water until desired consistency is reached - this will determine your portion size. Adding 100g water gives 13 50g portions.
Add spices (and extra garlic and lemon juice) to taste. Enjoy!
