Challenge Forum: How was your week?

It's been a week since this challenge started and i wanted to know how did your week go? Did you have to struggle at some points or was it easy and successful? I have to admid that it wasn't so easy for me this week, but i know it will be better! i read a book about emotional eating and it changed my view on everything. Writing down my meals ahead of time is difficult because is usually an unknown. Keeping track on anything seem to be difficult on the weekends. But this is another week.

Week 1 went ok, but not as good as I would have liked. My schedule was all screwy so I only got 4 days of working out in as opposed to 6 and my meals were great until friday when i got home from work, i fell off!!! But im back on the horse and riding!!

i know what you mean keiwe, that's the reason i write my meal down right before i eat it. so i still have the choice if i eat it or something healthier and i don't have the pressure to eat what i planned ahead for the whole day =)

It went pretty well for me. The only problem I had was on the weekend, when I ordered a pizza (planned!) but actually ordered too much, so ate two leftover slices the next day when I had only planned on one. I know that I didn't have to, but it was calling my name. Next time, I know how much to order. This is all one big learning experience.
mini goals:
170 - 50 pounds gone! (reached October 2, 2010)
155 - no longer overweight! (reached January 22, 2011)
145 - 75 Pounds gone! (reached May 14, 2011)
135 - ultimate goal weight!
