Challenge Forum: No candy

Smile I have done well so far with candy. I have not had one piece. I have never really been a sweets person only around my period. I did get sick yesterday and I have a cold. I played tennis and am feeling the soreness today as well as body ached from being sick Confused I will be weighing in on Thursday. I hope eating well and some exercise boosts my spirits when I see weight loss.

i am so shocked that just after a week of limiting sugar, that i don't even crave the candy. last night, the kids were wanting candy and i was craving a chicken breast. i have a sweet sweet tooth normally and generally am the one raiding the halloween sacks after kids are in bed and i have to say, i have not done that once this year. yes, i have had a piece or two, but i used to sit down and make myself sick off a sugar overload. love this

I have found that when I have a sweet tooth I eat a piece of fruit or get a 100% fruit ice cream bar for 120 calories. Either of those really satisfies my sweet tooth.
Started at 205 lbs
Goal 1: Be under 200lbs End of August 2013
Goal 2: Be under 165lbs End of September 2013
Goal 3: Be under 150lbs End of November 2013
Goal 4: Be at 135lbs End of January 2014
