I will only weigh myself once a week. If I do it everyday I will go crazy if I do not see results that day and it will become an issue and I will end up giving up. If I wait a week there is a more chance I will see some progress even if it is just 1 pound in a week. Will weigh every Thursday about the same time in the same type of clothes so I know it will be more accurate. Looking forward to this Thursday to see if I have made any progress.

How often do you weigh yourself?
Started at 205 lbs
Goal 1: Be under 200lbs End of August 2013
Goal 2: Be under 165lbs End of September 2013
Goal 3: Be under 150lbs End of November 2013
Goal 4: Be at 135lbs End of January 2014

Today is my weigh in day with my husband. I can not wait to see if I have made any progress.
Started at 205 lbs
Goal 1: Be under 200lbs End of August 2013
Goal 2: Be under 165lbs End of September 2013
Goal 3: Be under 150lbs End of November 2013
Goal 4: Be at 135lbs End of January 2014

I am so proud of myself for I lost almost 4 pounds in one week. Since I have a bad back and have trouble doing a lot of exercising I mainly just watch my calorie intake. By doing that I am able to lose weight it seems and I am very excited.
