Monday will be here very soon! Let's get moving, be positive and eat healthier! Don't forget to add more water in each day...if you cant drink half ur weight in oz of water..just be sure to keep adding more and more throughout your day! Try some water flavorings like Mio or crystal light if that helps! LETS DO THIS!!!

I have actually started drinking water today and I will drink one plain water and as a reward my next bottle will have like my wyler's peach tea mix and so forth. Doing that has helped me drink more water today, but I feel kind of like I am floating inside my tummy.
Started at 205 lbs
Goal 1: Be under 200lbs End of August 2013
Goal 2: Be under 165lbs End of September 2013
Goal 3: Be under 150lbs End of November 2013
Goal 4: Be at 135lbs End of January 2014

Great idea hsmth2! I had forgotten that I bought some of the powder peach tea stuff and will be adding that to my water ASAP! Hopefully that will be motivation for me to get this water intake done! Thanks! Smile

Not a problem. Also to mix it up in case you get bored with just the peach tea.....I have noticed that like the Kool-Aid, Hawaiian Punch, Crystal Light, and a bunch of the Wyler's single serve packs are also just 5 calories a pack.

That way you can mix and match the flavors. Another thing also is at Wal-Mart the great value single serves many of those contain 0 calories per pack. They have flavors like the peach tea, cherry limeade, grape, and stuff like that.
