My name is Heather. I am looking to lose weight with a bunch of people as motivation. Most of the mini challenges will not be that difficult for me since I tend to stay away from it already. Looking forward to it. Good luck to all!
Started at 205 lbs
Goal 1: Be under 200lbs End of August 2013
Goal 2: Be under 165lbs End of September 2013
Goal 3: Be under 150lbs End of November 2013
Goal 4: Be at 135lbs End of January 2014

Hello Heather..

My name is Christy and I am a 44 year old grandmother and just want to feel better about myself and be able to move and not feel so bloated and big. I have yo yo dieted in the past and know what it feels like to be thin and want that feeling of success again so thought i would join a group of people wanting the same. Good luck and we can do this if we communicate with each other, encourage one another and help in time of need. I look forward to the challenges for this month and know they will be successful.
Hoping to lose 20 pounds by Christmas hope that isn't too ambitious.
