NO candy, chocolate nor unhealthy snacks
Guidelines:
no late night snacking on these types of food. Instead grab a fruit, drink water or something healthy low calories. At the end of the 4th week we can indulge ourselves with something that we had cravings for non-stop for maybe 2 days. We will see how good we are doing.

exercise at least an hour 3 days a week. 30 min on any other day. A total of 4 days a week.
Guidelines:
I know we tend to say I don't have time to exercise for an hour. I'm so busy with work, school, kids, etc. No excuses. We can always find time its just up to us. If you have kids have them join you or play a sport with them for an hour. You will be spending time with them and at the same time working your body out.

Hi everyone!
This is gonna be tough but I'm with you! What will hurt me the most is that I love rice and pasta. I need to refocus my eating habits to healthier meal. We can do this!
