Guidelines:
If you want to substitute a cup of hibiscus tea for green tea that should be allowed too. also do not add any sugar or artificial sweetener we want to keep healthy and calorie free. sorry about that guys. this challenge should hydrate us and give us the antioxidants we need to get through our personal diets and lifestyle changes.
