Guidelines:
Follow your diet and exercise routine. During this challenge you should lose 4-8 pounds. Do you always binge on certain food? Don't buy it anymore. Write down what you eat. Move.Drink your water. And sleep at least 8 hours a day. Those things also help your skin to look better.

My challenge goal is to lose 4-8lb but if I can push myself to lose more that is what I'm going to do...I'm here to lose lets do everyone!!!:)
