Healthy Weight Loss Challenge

I've been using fatsecret since mid October and it has helped me vastly. I hope everyone enjoys this challenge and that we all make a positive change in our diets and lifestyle to get to where we want to be. I have been a member since almost end of August. Fatsecret has greatly helped me out as well. I don't think I ever could have done what I have accomplished so far without my buddies and everyone else who has supported me throughout my journey. I am ever so thankful and proud to how far I have come. I will only go further. Wish you all the best!
