Take the stairs

Guidelines:
Once a day take the stairs..It helps if you have some company..no need to do suicide stairs..just whatever your comfortable with..start little and build it up...e.g. if you work on the 10th floor get off at 5th and take the stairs, next day get off at 4th and so on, you get the idea..:)

Wake up early and take in the fresh air..

Guidelines:
Sounds very vague, but what I mean is that just wake up little early go outside to you balcony, patio or front porch and take in few breaths of fresh air..it makes me feel amazing...try it out..

Eat fruit for breakfast..

Guidelines:
Well I like this part because I love fruit and specially melon..so if you ate a bowl of melon in the morning you would feel full(because of the water content of the melon) also keeps you hydrated and top of all helps with your skin..record your difference..also, doesnt have to be melon you can eat whatever fruit you like ...:)
