Do something nice for your intestines each morning! BEFORE you drink or eat ANYTHING.. drink 2 glasses of water each morning!

3 different options... choose ONE or ALL...
~ eat yogurt with applesauce
~ have a piece of fruit and/or sip tea
~ Sit and breath deeply, look at the sky, and have a moment of peace, this is food for your intestines too ;)

try hitting each of these 3 mini-mini challenges...
~ of your 5 fruits/veggies per day ~ try to eat at least 2-3 different colored ones.
~ consume at least TWO high fiber foods PER DAY!
~ Drink 5-8 glasses of quality fluid per day (remember 2 are already consumed each morning!) Tea contributes.. 1/2 is retained as water, but on the other hand sugary drinks like soda are DE-hydrating.

What you do right before bed affects your health, so have a glass of filtered water, sit for a moment in bed and remember ONE good thing from your day! FEEL GRATITUDE! Gratitude is good food for the intestines too!!
