Guidelines

try hitting each of these 3 mini-mini challenges... ~ of your 5 fruits/veggies per day ~ try to eat at least 2-3 different colored ones. ~ consume at least TWO high fiber foods PER DAY! ~ Drink 5-8 glasses of quality fluid per day (remember 2 are already consumed each morning!) Tea contributes.. 1/2 is retained as water, but on the other hand sugary drinks like soda are DE-hydrating.
