Mid-morning or Mid-afternoon routine!

Guidelines:
3 different options... choose ONE or ALL... ~ eat yogurt with applesauce ~ have a piece of fruit and/or sip tea ~ Sit and breath deeply, look at the sky, and have a moment of peace, this is food for your intestines too ;)

Eat and Drink Healthily!!

Guidelines:
try hitting each of these 3 mini-mini challenges... ~ of your 5 fruits/veggies per day ~ try to eat at least 2-3 different colored ones. ~ consume at least TWO high fiber foods PER DAY! ~ Drink 5-8 glasses of quality fluid per day (remember 2 are already consumed each morning!) Tea contributes.. 1/2 is retained as water, but on the other hand sugary drinks like soda are DE-hydrating.

Guidelines:
What you do right before bed affects your health, so have a glass of filtered water, sit for a moment in bed and remember ONE good thing from your day! FEEL GRATITUDE! Gratitude is good food for the intestines too!!

EVERYONE is doing so well!! What problems are we runnning across?
you do know that was so suppose t say 120 ounces right??lol..I am doing really well with all the water..I think adding the little extra fat and a few more calories was a good move..I feel way better..
