Guys, please, don't jump on scales each time you're passing them! There're many factors out there which can influence your body mass. I don't want us getting upset or overexcited because our weight fluctuates throughout the day
Check your weight only ONCE A WEEK at the same time of the day (many recommend doing it in the morning) wearing the same type of clothes.
