About 1 year and 4 months ago I entered into a life transformation. I am 5'1.5" and at the time weighed in at about 147 lbs. Heavy...I was training regularly in my mixed martial arts/kickboxing and competing as well. I started a regulated diet and discovered for myself a hug thing is controlling my carb intake...I love carbs they hate me...With the help of my trainer and coach, my friend (also personal trainer) and family I managed to reach a weight of 122 lbs by January 2009 and competed. Through the summer months we are very competitive in slow pitch and fast ball and I managed to maintain my weight loss pretty good hovering around 125-128 lbs even now. However I would like to kick it up a notch, go for the six pack and the toned body...lets go. For me I believe it will all come down to hard core diet...if I waver on that it will not work.

I used to weigh in about 88 kg. I had put on weight due to stress and otherthings. Then I decided to change myself and I joined WW fatsecret and a gym. I weigh in 65.9 kg now. My height is 5'3'' and I plan to weigh in 55 kg. I don't want to be that yo-yo girl anymore. I lost and took weight many times. Seems like everyone around me solved this weight problem. Even the mothers I know. so I want to lose weight and have six packs and a toned body, too.
I lost 22 kilos until now so that is great but I want to maintain a steady weight.
We can do it. I know that. Good luck.

Sounds like a plan, lets do it. Smile
I added weights into my plan today, have not done that at all in the last year and four month. Even got my husband to ride the bike today - couldn't get him to come for a run with me though. LOL Maybe next time.
