Hey guys..Iv set up this challenge because i did it myself 10 weeks ago and have been absolutly delighted with the results!!..I did my crunches at night as it was when i felt most motivated but the morning works well too.

I can do this before I get out of bed for my 12 hour shift! I love an exercise that can be done in bed!
I am cutting the string on this yo-yo.

Question not sure how the challenge thing works,is there way you can track how many you do a day or is it more as of you should not lie to yourself its in your benefit kind of thing ..this is my first challenge

I'm really excited for this challenge. I have lost a lot of weight but still don't have a slim belly, hopefully this works.
