that eventually, all the diets (atkins, low-fat, the Zone, etc.) seem to lead you to the same conclusion - eat all natural, non-processed foods (meats, fruits, vegetables) in moderation and avoid, or eat very little, of processed foods (snack bars, bread, sweets, luncheon meats, cookies, etc.)
That's part of why I was so attracted to this Challenge.

Based on the above information, for this challenge I plan to use fruits and vegetables as my main carb source. Although, I might sneak in a Lundberg Brown Rice Cake (14 g carbs) as it actually has less carbs than a banana (22 g).

How do you guys plan to address carb-cravings?

I agree, i'll be having lot's of fruit and fruit juice, but i'll probably dilute that with water. I love potatoes and rice so this will be a challenge. I think i'll try beating cravings with small portions of beans, dried fruit, and half of one to one piece of gluten free bread which won't be too high in carbs eaten that way. Good luck everyone!

It's weird how good gluten-free bread can be! lol add some natural peanut butter and it's an amazing breakfast or post-workout meal Smile...I also highly recommend brown rice pasta for those craving pasta! As long as you stick to the recommended serving it's not a bad option. Plus, I'm Italian and have mad pasta cravings...haha fml good luck!
