No definitely not just fruit and vegetables. Ensure you have a balanced diet throughout these 6 weeks. Only choose 1-2 days per week to just eat fruit and veg. Jogging is optional!

What to avoid?
Hi I know we obviously need to avoid processed junk, and too much fat. What are the guidelines besides te couple days of fruit/veg only? I'm down 15 lbs and stuck! Need to lose 20 more so look ...

I'm up for the challenge but had oatmeal cookies for breakfast
No today doesnt count and it doesn't matter whether the fruit and veggie days are spaced out or not but I do as I find that I dont have as much energy on these days!
