I'm not much help, but keep going. This is my first week and TOM happens before my weigh in on Tuesday so the very first week, will probably show a gain
I can tell you that my sister weight trains and is a very healthy perfect weight person, so I know that people who eat well and weight train do get and stay healthy. I'm sure you will get there. Give it 2 more weeks of weight training and eating well and I'll bet you get a drastic loss one of the those weeks and it'll make up for this week.
Anything worth doing takes work!!
