Challenge Forum: doing it without realizing it

I haven't met my mini goal of eating 2 salads a day by the second week but I am having a fruit/ frozen yogurt smoothie for lunch everyday, almost, in place of a meal, that seems to be helping. I feel full and I'm not hungry as often and do to my recent med problem I have been drinking a ton of water cause I was dying of thirst and I have only had one pop at work which is one of my mini goals. I haven't been exercising but that was due to my med prob so I don't count it as a fail. But I am on the road to recovery so I would like to try and exercise today. See how my body takes it.
