Good Morning !!!!!

Just got home from a group dinner -haven't been out like that in a long time. Wasn't as focused as Danielle (you go girl!!) but it was a fixed menu so I couldn't overeat I who can pass up flourless chocolate cake??? I did run 2 miles before I went so at least I got in some movement.

Wedn Stats - 7597 steps/ 5 points
Thurs Stats - 5709 steps/ 5 points

I think I'm giving up on the fiber - can never seem to get enough. And on that note, I'm off to curl up with my tea cozy and drift off to sleep.

today is a great day, gonna monitor protein level and water intake the most today.....HYDRATE myself like a plant that needs a pick me up..... Brazil Butt work out on the agenda and a dance session to shake it up.....and use some diff muscles.

Renee: Fiber is difficult to get in sometimes. It was a lot easier when I was eating bread! I love Fiber One products!

Good morning Sassies! I'm starting to wonder where there will EVER be a day that I'm not sore lol. Must be working! Today is my Friday because I am too overworked to work tomorrow. I'm taking a "me" day off from work and just relax and get my fitness blender on! hahahaha. Work has been extremely busy this week and I worked all last week and the weekend. A day off is much needed lol.

Yesterday was the birthday party for my coworker. I probably ate a little too much cheeseburger dip. It was the only thing I could eat, along with the Breyer's ice cream. I LOVE ice cream but I made sure I didn't overdo it. I had about a half cup of french vanilla and a half cup of caramel praline crunch. It was tasty and satisfying.

Last night I went back to the gym with me friend. I am really proud of her efforts to get fit. We spent about 2 hours there doing cardio and legs. When I got home I started Fitness Blender. I made it through the first video but my legs were dead by the time i attempted the second lol. I will add it to today's workout lol

Morning Sassies!
Today is my marathon teaching day! My TSFL order came in yesterday though so I have all my favorites - starting off the day with coffee mixed with hot cocoa! Oh how I have missed my favorites!
We went to the local "smorgasboard" pizza joint as my husband calls it for dinner last night for his birthday. The only thing that I wished I could have was their heavenly cinnamon rolls! I came home and had a cinnamon roll crunch bar for my last meal!

Steps - Well I know my pedometer is wrong it says 955 steps! It is taking a really long time to sync. I think I remember 10,000 last night when I checked it.

Morning teamies,

I need your prayers my son is in the hospital he changed his medication and it didnt agree with him. I,m so proud that he reached out for help. The first time I found out about my sons illness I gained 50lbs. Amd I dont want to do that again but I know how u feel Susan its very unmotivating illness. I ate two organic choc bars last night thats ironic. I feel disconnected. I did walk the dog. I forgot to wear my fitbit.

Morning Sassies, I wanted to share a NSV with you all. I used the Weight bench and 45# bar for the first time today. I had my instructor spot me the first set which was 12 reps then I rocked out the others 8-6-4 on my own.

Hello all,
Thank you Sandra and sherry for the awesome smiles!!!! I actually made it to the kids swimming class. My oldest drive us there. Chris was happy I was there. He was swimming on his back and as he swam by he gave us a thumbs up.So funny.

Laurie I hope your son is feeling better.

The sun is shining but very chilly out.

Going to go to our NE football game next Saturday when we play Northwestern and then when we play Michigan State. We can transfer our tickets and get handicap ones.

Wound is slow to heal. Bleeding from the scab when I try to walk out bend it. Crap

Off to make dinner. Baked chicken and broccoli.

YOu are stronger than any food and just remember that sick heavy feeling of when you were 50 lbs heavier......grab that apple and drink some water......you can beat the feeling.........thinking of you

It is have a crazy day here! Had a very busy day at work and everytime I thought there was a moment I might be able to post, not so.

Any way today has been good and I got out and tossed the softball with my daughter for a bit. The darn mosquitoes ran us inside.

Thursday was a very busy day. No steps, but 5 pts. Exercise was butt n' gut, bike and hoop. And up and down on a step ladder cleaning the top of my kitchen cabinets.

What a crazy Thursday. I am coming to HATE picture day at school. It throws the kids off the routine and it is just stressful trying to keep them focused. But it's done. Whew! It's my rest day so no exercise for me.

I got 4 points for today. I have 15,094 steps for yesterday.
