I hope no one has taken out a missing persons report on me Shock lol

I can believe how fast time fly's Rolling Eyes It has been a week since my last check in.


The wedding was greatExclamation There were a few minor issues, no different then any other wedding! There were a few tux malfunctions.....not of the Janet Jackson kind Laughing
They had button issues...Jacket & vest on more then one tux, and the Groom had a hole in the fore arm of his shirt. The Bride was 45 minutes late for her wedding.....The bridal party, her included broke into a case of bubbly and.....well.....I guess they didn't want to leave it behind, so they finished it before they loaded...no pun intended...into the limo to head to church. My Son knew what was going on when he called the limo driver and the Mother of the Bride and he was told of the time delay issue! Girls.....and we thought the boys were going to be the issue. I most likely wont get pictures posted until we get to Myrtle Beach next week.

We have had a delay in our departure.....one of the motors on the slide on the coach bit the dust...UghhhShock Exclamation What timingExclamation Tomorrows departure has been put off until at least Sunday. Thankfully my husbands 101st. Airborne reunion doesn't start until Wednesday.


My points are as follows:
Friday 27th. - Points = 1 & Steps = ? (I am taking the point for steps, even though I didn't have my pedo on, I know I had well over 10,000 with all the running around and setting up at the country club)
Saturday 28th. - Points = 1 & Steps = ? (No pedo on under my dress, but we danced the night away Very Happy )
Sunday 29th. - Points = 0 & Steps ? (Still no pedo on)
Monday 30th. - Points = 1 & Steps = 7379
Tuesday 1st. - Points = 1 & Steps = 10113
Wednesday 2nd. - Points = 1 & Steps = 9637
Thursday 3rd. - Points = 1 & Steps = 10354

Sounds like a good wedding with lots of memories. Congrats on new son in law.

today is nights and a tm walk shortly, gloomy and rainy here.
feel blah so will walk it out of me.........

steps = 4212 just over the required min per day , dragged....
points = 4 too many nighttime snacks for me.....bad bad choices......

Morning Sassies!
I'm looking forward to a day off on Sunday. I'm having a hard time getting myself "up" for 3 classes a day. I'm tired! I can see how fitness instructors get burned out!
It didn't help that my son had a stomach flu yesterday morning and I had to leave him and go teach. It's tough when you have a business and there's no "calling in sick". I could've asked the gym owner next door to put a sign up in the window, but I got an old student back yesterday and I'm trying to build my classes so cancelling is not good! Anyway, I bought a can of almonds yesterday and before I portioned it out into individual servings, I ate the whole can. Ugh - I need to get my discipline back in and get back on track! I'm edging further and further away from my goal instead of closer & closer!

Only scheduled to teach 2 classes today and 2 tomorrow. Then I'm looking forward to some down time!

My jr high girls soccer team WON their first soccer game yesterday!! Usually lose average by 10 notjing, so they were so excited.

I'm away for the weekend & I hope I don't overindulge.

What a fun day we are having. Ate breakfast at the hotel, then went shopping. Had lunch and margaritas at a Mexican restaurant, and are now out visiting wineries and waterfalls. We have dinner reservations at an authentic German restaurant and then out to the Festhalle for a German party. Will post again tonight.

Hey Sassies!!! I'm still holding strong with this No Bread challenge and the Fitness Blender. I just completed 1 of the 2 videos for today. I will save the other for after dinner. I think i have hurt my left knee. Fitness Blender has a lot of jumping jacks and i think thats what the pain is from. I will not be defeated and quit. So i still do the videos but lower my intensity or do an alternate exercise. As long as i keep moving!

I'm getting the hair done today with more braids. They are much easier to manage with all this exercise. Lol. Guess i need to look pretty for this wedding tomorrow! My supervisor from my previous job is jumping the broom. Pretty exciting!

Hey there,
I totally spaced yesterday's check in. But for Wednesday I had 13,929 steps. For Thursday I got 4 points and my steps were 4381. I don't think my pedometer is working right but we will see. For today I got 5 points and I will check in with my steps tomorrow.
I am heading out for dinner with my girlfriends. I am looking forward to decompressing with them.

Ok off to mingle, won both games today one with 15 seconds left and second with 7 seconds guess it is all about the win, but voice is a bit off already and have at least three more games... One at 8 am and the next at 8 pm. We are tail gating in between.. Brought turkey burgers and pineapple with taco salad to pass. Burger only mine..lol.

Evening Sassys!!

Heading out to see my Sassy Sista Becky in the morning!!! So "pumped"! Smile

Yesterday.....no steps, 4 pts. Exercise was butt n'gut, bike and hoop.

Tonight was the homecoming parade......major pig out with the candy I was suppose to be tossing Sad I walked the route, sometimes running.....hope it helps.

Side note.....received news today a co-worked has ovarian cancer. Thoughts and prayers to this sister and her family.
