Rise and Shine!!

I'm still awake although I should be in bed. I'll only get 6 hours of sleep tonight. Posted points and steps yesterday but here they are again:
4 points 4900 steps.

Morning Renee and all of the Sassies,

Today is trainer.. So butt will be handed to me.. This week water intake good food was great until last night..ugh..oh, we'll back on today.. But to be honest I need to re think Wed and Thur meals.. So this morning packed.. Onion, mushroom,zucchini, chicken sausage omlet, turkey for snack, salad with steak for lunch and tuna for In case... Today threw in banana for breakfast Won't eat it all but at least it is with me..

Finally got my cap on my tooth, last night no exercise and little walking, did get in the 100 step ups... It fell off mid of august and was a temp fit right before I went to Boise.. Feels good, now waiting to next year for the last one...

Temps here are beaut.. Low in the morning high in 70 s during day.. Love to walk and be outside right now, but need to work so only get to dream... We go to Blake Sheltons concert this weekend, Hunka hunka.. Wink,wink

TiIGERS in the race.. Love my baseball team... Although the Lions are doing good this year always waiting for the shoe to drop, there...

WATER, WATER, HYDRATE, and HYDRATE some more...

How about some dumbbell rows for the back today.. Weights or not your choice.. One handed or two you decide... Google it if you don't know how..

Beck to work this morning AND more importantly back on track from my trip. Hopefully now I can really make things happen. I did better than expected on the trip. I actually lost just less than a pound. I'll take it! Now to tackle the rest! I have to get it done soon because I am on the road again next week....

I post some numbers later today.

Morning Sassies!

Back to work today for me. I feel very groggy this morning. Wish I could have coffee...

Steps yesterday were 8654 and 6 points.

Donna, P2 is very hard. I am having a protein shake for breakfast, turkey veggie soup for lunch and meatloaf loaded with veggies for dinner. Snacks will be jerky. ughhh...can't wait for my almond butter toast in the morning. LOL!!

Good morning Sassies! My body is EXTREMELY sore but I still feel great! I think I will love these Fitness Blender workouts. YES they are challenging but the results are going to be great! I have a pretty busy day ahead of me here at work. TOM is here so I'm sluggish, crampy, and sporting a mild headache. However I am still going to push to make it through the day and get in my workout this evening!

Morning Team!
I had a wonderful day yesterday, but no students for my classes at the local gym, so I hit the gym. My seated elliptical was in use, so I hit the treadmill and restarted my 0-5K training - 25 minutes 1 minute running 5mph, 1 1/2 minute walking 3.5-4 mph.
Then I did legs, and did 2 sets of 15 on all the leg machines, pushed 90# on the leg press, 75# on the glutes, 60# on Leg curls, extensions & hip abductions. 65# on weighted sit-ups. Oh and I threw in 25 step ups to a large 2# platform. Wowser that's tough! I should've done that before I did all the weights!

I had a rather exciting day yesterday. The local radio station wanted to interview me for some spots for the gym, and I showed him my journey photo, so...I am going to be interviewed live on the radio next week to talk about weight loss & Zumba! And they are going to promote my Zumbathon and come out and broadcast it on the radio!
Oh gosh, did I forget to mention the Zumbathon?
I am doing a Party in Pink October 19th - to raise money for Susan G. Komen. It's the 3rd annual and we have alot of fun!
I need to work on sponsors! And getting flyers out! Busy, busy busy!
Today is Thursday and I will teach my Gold class this morning at the studio and then be back tonight for regular Zumba. I will run to the gym & get upper body done after I'm done teaching.

It's ok Megan! I was able to do more the second time then the first. If I can't completely the exercise I just march in place to keep my feet moving.

Becky, life sucks sometimes and throws a bad curv ball, but I see in you the ability to take that ball and throw it right back, so chin up no matter what is going on, and smile, even if you do not want to smile anyway...........because the good in your life far outways whatever bad is weighing you right now.......... We are here anytime, anyhour....

How about arriving at work after three days at conference and finding all your testing computer equipment is no longer in your office and you have 5 candidates coming in to test. The locking facilities and printer used for your candidates score report are still downstairs but your processing-in area is stuck in a hallway and nothing seems to be working.... Really, who schedules carpet to be installed on a day when someone else is testing?! And no one seems to know what the hell is going on. I really just wanted to call my hub testing service and tell them to cancel all my test today because I was going back home.

I found a cabinet with a key sticking out. That is what I am using to lock their stuff up while they test. I found and nearby printer and added it my computers so their scores will print around the corner from processing.

Oh, and guess what?! I got an email that says they are moving us to yet ANOTHER place in ANOTHER building on the other side of campus this afternoon. Really?????? Is the setup going to be sufficient for a testing room????? Will the candidates results now print on yet another side of campus???? I feel like no one knows what it takes to do my job and they don't care if I have what I need to do it! Screw it, they don't pay me enough for this!

Morning Sassies on a gorgeous fall Thursday here. I was really sore when I first got up this am (at 4:30Exclamation) but loosened up over first cup of coffee & then did my morning PT session, adding in some stuff from the first Blender video...wowExclamation

Afternoon Sassies, I got in a great workout this AM both the Women's Total Fit Weight workout then I did a Cardio Turf workout that I wrote up myself. I know my friend Mica would be proud of me for the Turf workout that I did today.
