Good Morning Teamies Very Happy

Busy day of shopping to get / finish all the wedding day needs / supplies.
Truth is..."I AM NOT" big on shoppingExclamation
I may not be going to the gym, but I will most definitely be getting in my steps today.


Went to dinner with my Daughter & family last night, we went to pizza hut, for the children, god do I feel bloated this am! Extra lemon h2o for me today.


Mondays Points = 5 & Steps = 6933

Morning Sandra & Sassies,

My commute this morning was an hour and half and I am exhausted. One stalled bus and a few rain drop creates much havoc on the highways here.

Happy Happy that my jury duty for today was cancelled. Going to get a few more things tidied up in the office and start preparing for month end. Maybe I can stay on schedule this month. Smile Here's to hoping.

Steps yesterday - 7,779 and six points

Morning Pam, Sandra & Sassies!
Well I actually got my workout in yesterday - not including the teaching of classes. I did legs & attended a friends Zumba class. She officially kicked my butt with the squats! It's always good to do something different in routine when you're an instructor because your body gets used to the same workout all the time. Anyway, good to get back to my strength training and I was surprised that I was still able to push 60 - 75 pounds when I haven't trained for a couple of weeks!
Points = 6
Steps = 14,360
Water = 96 oz
Tracked = y
Sodium = 2642 (little high - no wonder I gained a pound overnight!)
Fiber = 30
Exercised = y (strength/legs)
Snacked = n
Today I have to hit the books hard because I didn't get any studying done at all yesterday!

Morning everyone......

Busy here, trying to get yard cleaned up, big job!! Started a new yard project too. My hubs hates to hear the words..."I have a vision"!! It involves rocks. With me having a weight restriction right now, he's doing alot of it. Fortunately most of the rocks are about the size of your fist, so I can move those around!

Yesterday.....My weight stayed the same, got my water in. Exercised, arms, bike, hoop, and in the yard. 6 pts!!

Good morning Sassies!!!! I am one sore sassie this morning!!!! Yesterday I started Fitness Blender. They have videos on youtube and they are great. The one I did yesterday was only 37 minutes so I thought it would be a breeze...NOT!!! I almost threw up! lol. Lots of jumping jacks and constant movement! This are my types of workouts so it was challenging yet fun. I think I will do the 30 min low impact video tonight and alternate between the high impact and low impact for the rest of the week. I feel great!!! Below is the link to the video workout i did last night!

Morning Sassies!!

I've been missing for a few days. The weekend was busy with Taylor here and yesterday after work, I went out with some friends. I'm glad I am off today. I need a rest day. I am going to get my haircut this afternoon and then visit with my sister for awhile. I hope I can get in some steps as I will be driving for about 3 hours.

I just read something that said 'You are Not a dog, stop rewarding yourself with treats'

Tried to eat good yesterday, but lots of potty breaks in a long drive gave me the munchies. Need to clean out today! I did get in 80oz of water, not including some oj and ice tea! I am not including anything in my water measurement except water. (before I included my ice tea.)

Hope to walk the dogs later. That pup is so strong that it is an exhausting battle. Maybe dog park first?

Good morning Sassies! Man oh man is it hot again!! And the Santa Ana winds have started to blow so of course a fire broke out last night about 30 miles from me...can see smoke.
Did better yesterday with getting my head back in the game...got in 4 walks & did PT. Can't wait for PT tonight with Monica.

Just checking in to say hello. You are all so busy and I just sit or lay down! ugh so sick of this. After this week of PT we will see if I get cleared to drive. Not sure yet I have not even walked on my leg. Guess what I'm gonna do now..................go lay down. ha

Woof! I do like rewards. I think I need to work on that. Today its raining here. Fortunately I decided to go to the gym this morning to get myself out of my funk. Did cardio and strength feel much better.
