Work today after running a few errands so thought I'd check in now instead of wait until just before leaving for work.

It is a gloomy - rainy day here in western ny Sad

We are in the final count down for the wedding.....
7 days Shock Todays project is finish making the table # markers, name card markers, final "TO DO" check list and make a time table for the wedding party hair & makeup.

By the time I finished running errands and getting supplies, I just didn't have it in me. I think the anxiety of the wedding took over meExclamation But I will say that with all the lifting, loading and unloading of supplies, I feel as though I got in a "LIGHT" bicep & back workout.

Good morning- missed posting yesterday. I had a busy day. It takes me forever to get up to the potty and then sponge bath. I had first round if PT yesterday. Went pretty good. Still a long wuss to go. I could only bend my knee 65 degrees. He wants it at 120 which is normal. Hematoma is the problem right now. Really painful I will get through his and restart my journey again. Hard to do since my husband doesn't cook and doesn't know what good for the body is. Lol. So I am watching the portions right now. I know I have gained. Can't get on he scale so not sure how I will weigh Monday.

Anne what test did you pass? I feel out of the loop on the thread.

Good morning!!!

Sunshine here in central Indiana.....Sandra...looks like you have the rain now!!! Fun week ahead with the wedding plans!!

Oh Susan....hang tough!!! Healing thoughts and prayers going your way!! Smile I understand the husband thing. I am having surgery in the near future. My husband doesn't have a clue about anything healthy. We eat SO differently!!! I have been "TRYING" Rolling Eyes to instruct him on what foods I will be able to have while I am down. Even had him put a WW points calulator on his phone. Before you know it you will be up and going....."good as new" Smile

Yesterday.....13,829 steps. 5 pts. My water was 90+ oz and many trips to the bathroom!! Scales were still up this morning. Confused Plan on chugging today!!! Along with fall clean up in the yard. My exercise was butt n' gut, hoop and bike.

Sandra it is gray and gloomy here in Oregon as well.

For the weekend challenge of sleep - I wanted to do one that Susan could try and participate in. And getting sleep is supposed to help you with your weight loss goals!
I met with an old friend yesterday that I haven't seen in 15 years! We had a coffee yesterday and I am getting her and another friend started on Take Shape For Life. I am offering $25 cash award to anyone who starts in the month of September. Just thought I would throw it out here in case anyone is interested. I struggled with my weight until I decided to try the program!
I am scheduled to teach 3 classes this morning, although it will probably be only 1.
Then tonight I'm going up to Vancouver, Washington to attend a Hawaiian Zumba Master Class with an instructor from Hawaii. Can't wait!

Morning,

I am posting from Sudbury ont. we are here for a wedding, fun so far. We are in the 6 th floor and have used the stairs going up and down , except when we first brought in the luggage.

Will post steps when I get home and sync fitbit.

Thanks Donna!! I have a very short shift tonight 4:30-9:30 and if they figured in the girls time in Webb City on Wed then I have more hours than both of them this week after tonight but if not when the schedule was done then I may have about the same as the two girls that normally work day shift with me.

Megan I love Zumba. And Hawaiian Zumba sounds super fun. I have no problem with the sleep challenge this weekend. Every time I take the pain med I take a snooze. I am however able to go longer in between each dose.

Pts 4, not enough fiber and no sweat.

Doors and windows open this morning getting some fresh air and the sun is shining. Went out last night and had good time. Only one more wine down and then that's it for the winter except for a couple special dinners. I think I am going to have to stock up on Sole Mio to get me through! LOL

Got going kind of early this beautiful Saturday morning. Cleaned fridge and microwave. Funny how it makes you feel good to have clean stuff like that. And cleaning the fridge was my ex for today. Felt like I had to climb up in it to get it nice and clean. Something spilled down the back wall and the tubing for the ice/water was coated in it. NASTY!!!! But it's all sparkly clean now! And my arms are feeling it! Smile

The difference between my old scales and new scales was .3 lb last night and a full lb this morning. I moved the old scales to the guest bath so I can keep comparing. I want to see some consistency with them. The newer ones are Weigh Watchers brand and weigh me less. Smile

Hubs says he's fixing lunch and dinner today. So we'll see how I end up today!!! May require some big time sweating!

Howdy, its a rainy day here in Northern California, beautiful though, I love the rain.
I haven't checked in in a couple of days. My points for Thursday were 4 and 8,381 steps. And Friday was 5 points and 15,953 steps.

Gonna do so canning today, tomato soup. Hope everyone has a great day, catch ya later!

Hi everyone,

It was sunshine at a little sprinkle at the same time for soccer game, I kept thinking we might see a rainbow. One boy on my team and one boy on the other team got hurt in separate incidents not even 2 minutes apart about 10 minutes in - just accidental, and they were both OK and back in before the end of the game, but I may be too tender-hearted to be a coach, I want to cry when they get hurt but I know that would not be good! Anyhow, a nice day for a game and a nice way to start the day.

When I got home, I actually took a 3 hour nap. Last night I got 5h58m, had to be up early to get my daughter off to marching band competition today. Tomorrow I will be up early for my last day of C25K, so excited for that!

Went shopping at Kohl's today and tried on a couple pairs of pants in a 16. Both were too small now, but a) I could button and zip them and b) in another ten pounds, they will fit! I have been looking forward to shopping in the regular/not plus section. Smile I did get a new pair of sweats for running, old ones got too big. Cool

yesterday: 12,611 and 5 points - sodium was over. exercise was c25k w9d2.

what is the water challenge? I tried to find it in the past posts but I'm missing it!

Evening all,

Busy day cleaning, shopping and fundraising again. Day started at six and have just now sat down for a couple of minutes.

Susan - so glad to hear you are on the mend. If I were there would definitely bring you some good for you chow. Hang in there!

Steps yesterday 5,881 and four points - blew the sodium and exercises.

Got to get back to the weekend homework project.
